Free filters? Yes! With each maintenance visit we will include a free filter to insure you are breathing the cleanest air possible.10% Discount is not valid towards new install items (e.g. new system installs), one free 1" filter per tune-up visit, customers with large media filters will receive a credit for the value of a 1" filter towards the purchase of a media filter.
As you may know, HVAC manufacturers like to see a history of proper upkeep, if this is not done, they have the power to void your warranty. This is why we encourage all customers to get their system checked regularly, not only for warranty purposes but peace of mind! With a Cub Club membership we make it affordable and easy!

If you had a new system installed by us, and you opted in for the manufacturer’s extended warranty, we encourage you to sign up at a discounted rate!
Standard warranty customers may still sign up at the standard rate.

Disclaimer: as of right now, we only offer Club Cub to residential customers. Plans are per system, however we may be able to accommodate customers with multiple systems, just give us a call to discuss multi-system discounts today!
Credit/Debit card will be stored on file for any subscription/membership services and will be automatically renewed for the agreed upon yearly fee. Memberships are year-to-year, rates subject to change on renewal. All sales final for subscription services. In the event of a price increase, all members will be notified of this price increase via email 30 days prior to the change in which case they may choose to stay with the plan or call and cancel prior to their renewal date. Maintenances are not “stackable” If a maintenance visit is canceled within membership time frame it may not roll over to the following billing period, you may however reschedule do another day within a 30 day period. Memberships are purchased on a per-system bases, one membership per system. 10% discount may only apply towards items purchased for the system that the membership is purchased for.
